Digital Products (No Returns)
All digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased due to immediate access.
No physical item is shipped.
Sweet Sursy Baking (Pickup Only)
All Sweet Sursy Baking items are final sale and pickup only.
Due to food safety regulations, baked goods cannot be returned or refunded.
Any order issues must be reported within 48 hours of pickup.
Damages and Issues
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours with supporting details or photos when applicable.
Refunds
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
